LUNAR NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS NOTIFICATION

On behalf of everyone at Santajoker, I sincerely hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy at this time, and especially thank you for purchasing our products in the past year.

Now the Lunar New Year 2023 is approaching, we would like to notify our customers that our factory will be temporarily closed for a long period of holiday from Jan. 18 to Jan. 28.

All orders that were placed before Jan 15th still be processed and shipped on time.

However, our website, order, and support system will remain functional during this period. And we will arrange some of the staff on duty.

Our Customer Service is also available from Jan. 18 to Jan. 28. But not all CS is on duty. That’s why we will reply to your message within 24 -48 hours. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of each other.
