Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., including P.O. boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries.
How long does delivery take?
3–6 business days from the day you order: up to 1 business day of handling and 2–5 business days in transit with USPS Ground Advantage.
How much is shipping?
$9.95 flat rate per order.
How do I track my order?
We email you the USPS tracking number when your order ships. You can also check its status on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery, including change-of-mind returns, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. We email you a prepaid USPS label, and no restocking fee applies. You can also return items in person at our store.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to your original payment method. Your bank may need additional processing time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, all processed by Stripe.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is added at checkout on orders delivered to Missouri addresses. Prices on the site do not include it.
