Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., including P.O. boxes.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries, because USPS cannot deliver there within the delivery time stated in this policy. Checkout only accepts addresses we deliver to.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you the USPS tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will email you with a new date and you may cancel for a full refund. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with USPS and send a replacement or a full refund. See our Contact Information page.
Customs and duties
All orders ship within the United States, so no customs fees or import duties apply.
